MY JOURNEY
MY JOURNEY
A few moments that shaped the way I think, make, and design.
A few moments that shaped the way I think, make, and design.

Throughout my time in high school, I worked on several creative spaces that affected the way I think criticly, expanded my design knowledge, and set me up for success in college. For all four years of school I was involved with our Graphic Design club, acting as Vice President for one year, and President for two, I was also our yearbook's editor for two years, working with the theme and development of the book while also designing pages, layout, etc. I was given the honor of speaking at my high school graduation, graduating Cum Laude with an associated degree from my local community college due to dual enrollment.

At Duquesne, double majoring in Digital Media Art with a focus in Interaction Design as well as English with a focus in Writing has lead me to become adept in both designing the story as well as telling it professionally and creatively. At Duquesne, I've expanded my skills, growing a practice that brings together UX/UI design, research, and storytelling.

Currently, I serve as the layout editor for :Lexicon, a collection of student literature, art and photography, as well as a Student Ambassador for The McAnulty School of Liberal Arts. I am also the Student Life Editor of the L'Esprit du Duc, Duquesne's Yearbook. I also serve as a active member of the Honors College. I continue to learn, work, and stay curious. After I complete my studies in 2028, I plan to work in the field of UX/UI designing and also write as a part time author.
